Thank you once again for the wonderful training that you gave to my golden retriever puppy! She was so keen to come to her lessons and her improvement has been outstanding. Her 11 year old owner loved his personalised guidance with her handling too. I have much more peace of mind now knowing that they can enjoy their walks together and your techniques have given us a dog to be proud of!

Thank you both so much for the work you have done with Stella so far. The time just whizzed by as we sat in your garden talking about dogs and what we hoped to gain from the programme. Even taking Stella home on that consultation day we saw improvements as we finally realised that she was not the one who needed educating. We are both so pleased with what Stella has learnt and are working hard to keep it going. The service that you have provided us with has been so personal and caring, I would recommend you to anyone that is just embarking on a life long friendship with their dog, or has a few things that need ironing out!!!

Hi Pat,
Thanks for the insight into a dog’s mind and, above all, for the wonderful job you’ve done in teaching Kenzo (Labrador) to heel and to sit on command. As a result, our morning and evening walks have turned from utter agony to sheer bliss.
I look forward to the follow-up lesson some time next week (which you will need to schedule). We could maybe seize the occasion then to consider the best time for enlisting Kenzo in Program 2.

Dear Pat and Robin,
We would like to express our deep thanks for the help you have given us starting out with Cayenne (Vizsla). Even after the first day of training the change in his behaviour was remarkable. He seemed to expect that we could communicate with him, and that we would understand his own needs. His self control was amazing. It is really wonderful to have confidence in his behaviour, and the knowledge that he will obey commands. We have also really appreciated your level of service – to know that you will listen to our questions and concerns and come up with creative approaches to working with our dog. We look forward to working with you again. We felt that this training has been more than simply teaching our dog obedience. Instead it has helped us to understand our dog and helped him to understand us.

Dear Pat and Robin,
Thank you for your hard work with my puppy Arthur! After just a week of training with you, he’s become a really well-behaved and delightful dog. Not only does he sit, lie down, stay and do all that good stuff now, but the crate training got easier, his sleeping got better and we both became much happier overall. Arthur loved coming to your training classes, and getting to know your dogs helped him overcome his shyness and made him much more sociable. I also felt that you really cared about Arthur, as well as about my well-being. Thank you.
